App Not Loading or Crashing

Solutions for when mEUvy won't load or keeps crashing

Basic Troubleshooting

If mEUvy isn't working properly, try these steps in order:

1. Force Close and Reopen

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click home button on older devices)
  2. Swipe up on mEUvy to close it completely
  3. Wait a few seconds
  4. Reopen the app

2. Check Your Internet Connection

mEUvy requires an internet connection for most features. Try:

  • Switching between WiFi and cellular data
  • Toggling Airplane Mode on and off
  • Testing other apps to confirm connectivity
  • Restarting your router if on WiFi

3. Update the App

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Scroll down to see pending updates
  4. Tap "Update" next to mEUvy if available

Keeping mEUvy updated ensures you have the latest bug fixes and features.

4. Restart Your Device

A simple restart can resolve many issues:

  1. Press and hold the power button (and volume button on newer iPhones)
  2. Slide to power off
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Turn your device back on

5. Check Storage Space

Ensure you have enough storage:

  1. Go to iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage
  2. Check available space
  3. Free up space if below 1GB

6. Reinstall the App

If nothing else works:

  1. Press and hold the mEUvy icon
  2. Tap "Remove App" then "Delete App"
  3. Reinstall from the App Store
  4. Sign in with the same Apple ID to restore your account
Note: Reinstalling won't delete your account data – it's stored on our servers. Your local preferences and cached data will be reset.
