Deleting Your Account

You can delete your mEUvy account at any time. This will permanently remove your data from our servers.

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile information
• Saved cities and comparisons
• Job applications and history
• Talent Bank profile (if opted in)
• All consent records
• Message history

What We Retain

For legal compliance, we may retain:

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics (cannot be linked to you)
• Legal compliance records (deleted after 30 days)
• Records required by law (tax, fraud prevention)

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open Settings
   Go to Settings > Privacy & Consent in the app.
2. Find Delete Option
   Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account."
3. Review Information
   Read the summary of what will be deleted.
4. Confirm Deletion
   Enter your confirmation and tap "Delete Permanently."

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent – You cannot recover your account or data
• Active applications – If you have active job applications, employers will be notified that your application has been withdrawn
• New account – You can create a new account by re-downloading the app and signing in
• Processing time – Deletion is processed within 30 days as required by GDPR

Alternative: Export First

Before deleting, you may want to export your data:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Consent
2. Tap "Export My Data"
3. Download your data package
4. Then proceed with deletion
