Reporting Content Issues
If you see incorrect data, inappropriate content, or illegal material, please report it immediately.
Reporting via the App

Find the ContentNavigate to the city, job listing, or content you want to report.

Open Report MenuTap the "..." menu on any content item.

Select Issue TypeChoose the type of issue: Inaccurate data, Inappropriate content, Spam, or Other.

Add DetailsProvide any additional information that helps us understand the issue.

SubmitTap Submit to send your report.
DSA Report Feature
For serious issues like illegal content, use our Digital Services Act (DSA) reporting feature:
- Go to Settings > Report Content
- Select "Report Illegal Content"
- Choose the category of illegal content
- Provide details and evidence
- Submit your report
Reference Number: You'll receive a reference number to track your DSA report. We'll communicate our decision as required by EU law.
Reporting Technical Bugs
For app bugs or technical issues, email us at support@vaicat.com with:
- Device model and iOS version
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
Response Times

| Technical bugs | Response within 2 business days |
| DSA reports (illegal content) | Decision communicated per legal requirements |

What Happens After Reporting
- Review – Our team reviews your report
- Investigation – We investigate the issue
- Action – We take appropriate action (correct, remove, or no action)
- Notification – You're notified of the outcome (for DSA reports)
