Joining the Talent Bank

What is the Talent Bank?

The Talent Bank is an opt-in feature that makes your profile visible to verified recruiters and employers looking for talent in Europe.

What Recruiters Can See

When you join the Talent Bank, recruiters can see:

• Your screen name and professional headline
• Skills and experience level
• Preferred cities and relocation willingness
• Work eligibility status
• Availability and notice period

What Recruiters Cannot See

• Your real name (unless you choose to share it)
• Your email address (unless you choose to share it)
• Your salary information (stored only on your device)
• Your personal moving reasons
• Any special category data

How to Join

1. Open Settings
   Go to Settings > Talent Bank in the app.
2. Review Visibility
   See exactly what information will be visible to recruiters.
3. Toggle On
   Enable "Join Talent Bank" to make your profile visible.
4. Customize (Optional)
   Adjust which details you want to share in your public profile.

Recruiter Verification

All recruiters in the Talent Bank are verified businesses. They must:

• Register with valid business credentials
• Agree to our Recruiter Terms of Service
• Sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
• Comply with GDPR requirements

Leaving the Talent Bank

You can leave at any time – just toggle the setting off. Your profile will be immediately hidden from recruiters.
