4. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas have known accessibility limitations:

6. Feedback & Contact
6.1 Report an Accessibility Issue
We welcome your feedback on accessibility. If you encounter barriers:

6.2 What to Include
When reporting an issue, please include:
- Description of the problem
- Page or screen where the issue occurred
- Device and assistive technology used
- Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
6.3 Response Time
We aim to:
- Acknowledge reports within 5 business days
- Assess the issue within 15 business days
- Provide a timeline for resolution or explanation
6.4 Alternative Access
If you cannot access content due to accessibility barriers, contact us and we will:
- Provide the information in an alternative format
- Assist you in completing your task
- Work to resolve the underlying issue
7. Enforcement Procedure
7.1 Internal Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with our response to an accessibility issue:
- Submit a formal complaint to legal@vaicat.com
- We will review and respond within 30 days
- Include all previous correspondence
7.2 External Enforcement
If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may contact the enforcement body in your country. For the Netherlands:
